Tranco Farms Garden
Organic CSA

About Us
We started our garden in the spring of 2015 with a mission to farm the land in a sustainable and balanced way. Being certified organic was a very important accomplishment for us in our first year. It means that we practice farming in a way that benefits the soil, insects, waterways, and our bodies. We use row covers, crop rotation, companion planting, irrigation, and mulch to protect our plants from unpredictable nature.

What We Grow:

About CSA
We invite you to reserve a Share of our 2018 Organic CSA . Participating in Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) allows you to support your local farming community while feeding your family in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.
As a CSA member, you'll have the privilege of visiting Tranco Farms Garden and choosing from a variety of fresh-picked vegetables, herbs, and flowers from our Certified Organic garden. You also have the opportunity to see how your food is grown and meet who it is grown by. Our CSA is 16-weeks long from May-October.
CSA's may not be for everyone, but if you do enjoy very fresh (usually harvested same day as pick-up) produce, experimenting with new vegetables/herbs/fruit, and eating a plant-forward diet then this CSA is right for you.
We're conveniently located off Rt. 340, just 3 1/2 miles north of Rt. 7. For more information contact Erin at 301-310-5599 or email us at: erin@trancofarms.com

Christmas is a beautiful time of year and we will spend all year preparing for it. Our trees will be trimmed, the grass will be mowed, and new trees will be planted. This winter will feature local artists and imported finds at our first-ever Christmas Village!
